Our Customer's Customer Is Not Our Customer
This is one of Reeli's clear principles. We do not approach our customer's customers to build direct business behind their back. We do not use a customer's product information, market knowledge or supply chain details to create business with their competitors.
For custom manufacturing, this principle is essential. A customer may share drawings, samples, mold information, application details, market plans and long-term strategy with us. That information must be protected.
We Do Not Promote One Customer's Product to Another
Reeli does not treat a customer's custom product as a sales sample for other customers. We do not take one customer's product idea and offer it to another buyer. We do not use one customer's market development as an opportunity to create conflict.
In some product fields or regions, we may choose to work with only one customer in order to avoid conflicts of interest and protect the trust that has been built. This is not always the easiest commercial choice, but it is the right long-term choice.
Serving Existing Customers Comes First
A stable manufacturing relationship depends on trust. Reeli believes that doing our own work properly is more important than chasing every possible order.
